The short version
Van Dough doesn't track you. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, and nothing to sign up for. We collect no personal information about you through this website.
What is — and isn't — collected
We do not set cookies or use similar storage. We run no analytics or tracking pixels and no advertising networks. There are no forms, logins, or sign-ups, so there is nothing for you to fill in. The site's fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser makes no requests to third-party font services.
The only personal data involved is the standard technical information that every website's host records to serve and protect the site.
Server logs (our host)
Our hosting and content-delivery provider, Vercel Inc., automatically processes standard technical data when you load the site — your IP address, browser type (user-agent), the time of the request, and the page or image requested. This is used solely to deliver the site reliably, keep it secure, and prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interests in operating a secure service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify, profile, or advertise to you, and we do not combine it with anything else. Images are delivered from Vercel's content-delivery network, which likewise sees your IP for the same purpose. Vercel retains this technical data in line with its own policies.
Market data
The market figures shown are fetched by our servers from public financial data sources. None of your information is sent to them, and your browser never contacts them directly.
Where data is processed
Vercel may process the technical data above on servers in the United States and elsewhere. Any international transfers are governed by Vercel's data-processing terms and standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Because we hold no information that identifies you and keep no records tied to you, we usually cannot locate "your" data on request — but you are welcome to reach out with any question at hi@vandough.xyz.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect any data from them.
